Thursday Evening ONLY: Free valet parking is available for the ADUK Charity Gala at the corner of Monroe and Superior, in front of the Commodore Perry Garage. Self-park is also free that evening in the Commodore Perry Garage.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
You can buy your tickets online or at the box office, located just to the left of the auto show’s main entrance.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No. Tickets are not refundable.
MAY I USE THE SAME TICKET MORE THAN ONCE?
No. Each ticket is good for one admission into the show.
CAN I SIT INSIDE THE CARS ON THE SHOW FLOOR?
Most of the manufacturers on display do encourage you to sit in their vehicles. But some of the more exotic cars and concept vehicles will be locked and only for show.
WILL I BE ABLE TO GET REBATES ON VEHICLES?
This varies by manufacturer, but some will give away rebates on the purchase of a vehicle when you visit their display. These can then be used when you visit your dealership to buy it.
ARE DOGS AND PETS ALLOWED INSIDE THE SHOW?
No, only service dogs and seeing-eye dogs are permitted. It is an all-indoor show and can get crowded at times, so be nice to your pet and leave them in the comfort of your home.
ARE STROLLERS AND WHEELCHAIRS ALLOWED INSIDE THE SHOW?
Yes, both are permissible inside the auto show area.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Credit cards are accepted for online purchases. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted at the box office.
I BOUGHT MY TICKET ONLINE. DO I NEED TO HAVE A PRINTED COPY WITH ME?
No. A printed copy is helpful; however you can also show us your ticket purchase on your mobile phone. Both can be scanned and are acceptable forms of admission.
CAN I LEAVE THE SHOW AND COME BACK?
Yes, but be sure to get your hand stamped before leaving the show floor. The hand stamp is only good for re-entry into the auto show on that same day.
CAN I PURCHASE A CAR AT THE AUTO SHOW?
No, vehicles may not be purchased at the show itself. However, you can obtain information on the closest dealers in your area and pick up brochures and other materials on your vehicles of interest.
ARE CAMERAS OR VIDEO RECORDERS ALLOWED INTO THE SHOW?
Yes, cameras and video recorders are allowed. Take as many photos and videos as you wish. In fact, it is encouraged!
IS THERE A PLACE TO HAVE A MEAL?
There is a concession stand located in the halls at the Glass City Center. The area surrounding the convention center also has plenty of great dining options! Just remember to get your hand stamped when leaving the show if you plan to come back in after grabbing a bite.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CARS WILL BE AT THE SHOW?
Our Manufacturers page has a list of all the makes that will be on display. As the show approaches you can also check our Features page for the latest list of models that will be at the show. As soon as we know a specific vehicle is coming, it will be posted under these Featured Cars.
